Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session. In cases of emergencies, cancellations can be made up to 1 hours before the session, limited to three occurrences per month. Emergencies include sudden illness, accidents, or family emergencies. Sessions not canceled within these times must be paid for in full. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals, and the session will end at the scheduled time. Repeated lateness may result in a review of the student's commitment and potential suspension of services. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preparation Policy Students are expected to come prepared with all necessary materials, including textbooks, notes, and assignments. Consistent lack of preparation may hinder progress and result in additional review or may lead to discontinuation of services to ensure the effectiveness of tutoring. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Communication Policy All communication regarding scheduling, cancellations, and other concerns should be made through the agreed-upon channels (e.g., email, phone, messaging app). We will respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Open communication helps in addressing any issues promptly and maintaining a smooth tutoring experience.
